This is PSR(Problem Steps Recorder)! you may know that because it already has been set up on your computer if you are using windows!

Just go to start menu -> type "psr" -> Click "Start Record" -> Show your problem! -> save as a file -> send it to a technician! 

Every steps what you have done during the record would be stored step by step in details.
